    We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.
  • 2. Discount code is not working, what do I do?
    We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code.
  • 3. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
    Yes we can! We do offer international shipping and we do accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
  • 4. How can I pay for my order?
    G Original Clothing currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal and/or e-transfer. We are currently expanding our payment methods to include crypto currencies.
  • 5. How long will it take to receive my order?
    For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Due to COVID-19 our carriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
  • 6. How do I return my order?
    Our returns policy has been extended. Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please email our customer service department to start the returns process at info@goriginalclothing.com
  • 7. How do I take care of the fabric?
    You can find our product care/wash instructions written on the fabric care label located inside the garment. You can also find this information for a particular item in the "product detail" section near the bottom of the product page.
  • 8. Can I change or cancel my order?
    The order processing begins the moment we receive your order. For this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our customer service department at info@goriginalclothing.com
  • 9. What do I do if my order is damaged?
    Our deepest apologies that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! We will make it up to you! Our customer service department will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund.     Product size information can be found at the bottom of each product detail page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and are standard with North American sizing specifications.
